Objectives

Phileas Fogg’s Perfect Polish Perogies main objective is to provide a high quality snack choice and create and maintain profitable relationships with the consumers. "The company needs to turn its mission into detailed supporting objectives for each level of management. Each manager should have objectives and be responsible for reaching them.” (Armstrong & Kotler pg. 41)  The brand does this by using only the highest quality of ingredients and providing the product at an affordable price. These ingredients and standards are not cheap, which makes profits a major objective of the brand. Profits can be manipulated through price and processing changes. Another objective of Phileas Fogg’s Perfect Polish Perogies is to stay in tune with the consumer market and its desires. This requires active research into the market which also is not too cheap. This signifies the true importance of the brand’s profits. The balance between keeping the promise of affordability with such a high-quality product and maintaining a profitable business is a duty the brand takes on. As you can tell each of these objectives are followed by a hierarchy of other factors and objectives that need to be successfully implemented in order to maintain a successful brand as a whole.  "This broad mission leads to a hierarchy of objectives, including business objectives and marketing objectives.” (Armstrong & Kotler pg. 43)
